Starters

The starter is the first course of a meal, served directly before the main course.

Deep fried deviled eggs

Topped with a sweet/spicy bacon strip or shrimp

Crab stuffed Jumbo Shrimp, Mango Salad

Cajun shrimp, lump crap meat, French dressing and fresh Mango puree

Jumbo Lump Crab Cake

Sautéed Maryland style with spicy Chive Remouland

Fried Asparagus

Battered in Italian breadcrumbs and fried in olive oil. Topped with jumbo crabmeat sautéed in garlic butter

Stuffed jalapeños

Made with cream cheese, turkey or sausag and rice. Topped with mozzarella cheese

Bacon wrapped BBQ Shrimp

Jumbo shrimp wrapped in bacon and covered in house BBQ sauce 

Sticky Ribs

Sweet and heat, with an Asian twist!  Sticky and caramelized on these fall-off-the-bone tender ribs!

Sweet & Spicy chicken tenders

Dip them in ranch dressing for an easy appetizer


Entrees

A mouth-watering canapé reception, gourmet dinner, special occasion, birthday, wedding or a gourmet picnic.

The infamous Shrimp & Grits

Gulf shrimp w/andouille sausage sauteed with red peppers and onions in a spicy cheese sauce and a hint of bacon, over creamy grits. Served with garlic bread and a lemon.

Wine Braised Short Ribs

Flavorful, soft, fall-off-the-bone meat marinated in a wine sauce

That Jamaican Curry Chicken

The heat is mild yet sweet, the spices are warm and inviting, and the coconut milk makes it smooth and comforting.

Oxtail with pappardelle pasta

Oxtail makes a lovely, thick and meaty sauce for this pasta dish. 

Creamy Tuscan Salmon

Pan-fried Tuscan salmon, smothered in a luscious garlic butter spinach, and sun-dried tomato cream sauce

Chef’s special Lamp chops

Braised then simmered in a red sauce and onions

KC’s Beef roast

Braised and slowly cooked for 3-4 hours in a very flavorful savory sauce 

The Best Meatloaf

Ground beef and turkey, seasonings, vegetables, eggs and breadcrumbs. Then, it’s baked in the oven with a tasty red sauce  topping.
