The way I approach food is with LOVE!
With over 15 years of experience cooking, I am more than excited to present my vision to you and your guests. I know that you want more than just a meal, You want an experience! From what I can remember it started in a family home located on the west side of Stockton, CA. This is where my passion and creativity begun. Growing up in a single parent home and having moments like “take the chicken out the freezer when you get home from school“ (if you know then you know) then once my mom got home from work and me watching her every move ( I am a mamas boy) going straight to the kitchen to prepare dinner for me and my brothers, I believe this is what started it. I wanted to help in some way. Of course the house was cleaned (that wasn’t an option) but, cooking was a task I thought would help ease her daily load. I remember my first meal cooked in that house, beef ramen noodles and I added polish sausage! I really thought I was doing something. You couldn't tell me it wasn't gourmet pasta!
My take on a soulful blend cuisine that draws on a lifetime of skill, practice, mistakes and the knowledge that all meals, no matter how large or how small, are special events among family and friends.
